Our story begins in 2019.
I have always had a love for art. A love for things that make you feel good when you see them. During our year of quarantine and chaos, I found a love for charcuterie. A love for creating beauty and happiness. Something everyone can enjoy.
I watched my first tutorial on Charcuterie while fixing the boys breakfast and away I went. I started by making small ones for my family. We call them “board Fridays.” The twins loved snacking while I created them.
My family started with food boards. It was a fun way for me to have a creative outlet and feed supper to my husband Clay and our twin boys Christian and Lane. They all loved to be able to pick what they wanted off the boards. Now waiting for mom to take the pretty picture, not so much .
2019 has been a tough year. A lonely year but making this edible art has sparked joy. Joy in my family and joy in others. I have been told you can see the love I put in my boards and that is the best compliment I have ever received.
